Now hiring: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Dunn County, Wisconsin. The role involves: • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size You should have: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols 6+ years on the tools preferred.
