Kitchenhand — Darlington

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Darlington, England. On the job you will handle: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
