Thermal insulation technician — Shendam

Vacancy available: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Shendam, Plateau State. You will be based at an industrial plant. The role involves: • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters Requirements: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Willing to travel between sites 6+ years on the tools preferred.
