Surface coating operator wanted in Highlands County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Highlands County, Florida. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting You will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
