Immediate opening: dough maker (West Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Upshur County, West Virginia. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen The role involves load and unload the deck oven with a peel; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
