What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream.
