Punch press operator • Chibok, Borno State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a punch press operator in Chibok, Borno State. Day-to-day duties: • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean Requirements: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
