Join our team: we are hiring a single needle operator in Sevier County, Arkansas. On a typical shift you will thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
