Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel beater in Rock County, Nebraska. You will be based in an insurance-approved repair centre. Ideal candidate: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement You will mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains.
