Coating plant operator — Rensselaer County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Rensselaer County, New York. You will work at an automotive components factory. The role involves record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
