Join our team: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Chesterfield County, Virginia. The job is in a catering unit. The role involves keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 6+ years on the tools preferred.
