Vacancy available: we are hiring a baker in Mathews County, Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 3+ years on the tools preferred.
