Join our team: we are hiring a carpenter in Copiah County, Mississippi. You will be based at a shopfitting company. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists Day to day you will hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
