Immediate opening: stamping press operator (Indiana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Washington County, Indiana. You will be based at a busy press shop. On a typical shift you will deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings. What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
