Dough maker — Yellowstone County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Yellowstone County, Montana. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand 3+ years on the tools preferred.
