Paint and prep technician — Brown County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Brown County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair Requirements: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
