Toolroom milling operator • Giles County, Virginia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Giles County, Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $220 per day, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
