Shuttering fixer — Mkpat Enin

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Mkpat Enin, Akwa Ibom State. You will work at a reinforced concrete building site. Requirements: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Day to day you will watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. ₦220,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts.
