Safety inspector — Clarke County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety inspector in Clarke County, Iowa. The role involves conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors. Requirements: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
