Your main tasks: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
