Bread and bun maker wanted in Jefferson County

Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Jefferson County, Washington. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough.
