Requirements: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate Your main tasks: • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $160 per day, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
