UPVC window fabricator — Ika

Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC window fabricator in Ika, Akwa Ibom State. The job is on site fitting windows in new-build flats. On the job you will handle: • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame You should have: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
