Mason's helper wanted in Chambers County

Join our team: we are hiring a mason's helper in Chambers County, Texas. You will be based on a road and bridge project. On a typical shift you will set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
