Dough maker — Lowndes County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Lowndes County, Georgia. You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 3+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
