Plasterer — Washburn County

Join our team: we are hiring a plasterer in Washburn County, Wisconsin. You will be based on a commercial fit-out project. Requirements: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents Your main tasks: • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
