Brick and block layer — Lassen County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Lassen County, California. Day to day you will building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge. What we are looking for: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one Full-time with occasional weekends.
