Moulder — Zapata County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a moulder in Zapata County, Texas. You will be based in the fettling and dressing shop. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor The role involves tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
