Punch press operator — Del Norte County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a punch press operator in Del Norte County, California. The role involves: • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling You should have: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
