Bread and bun maker wanted in Lincoln County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Lincoln County, South Dakota. You will work in a bread factory. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day to day you will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand.
