Backhoe operator wanted in Wharton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Wharton County, Texas. The job is at a drainage and utilities contractor. You will strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels. Ideal candidate: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
