Immediate opening: site carpenter (Wisconsin)

Now hiring: we are hiring a site carpenter in Rusk County, Wisconsin. The role involves build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists. Ideal candidate: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings 2+ years on the tools preferred.
