Urgent requirement: garden maintenance worker (Massachusetts)

Join our team: we are hiring a garden maintenance worker in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. The job is in a botanical garden. Day to day you will repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors 1+ years on the tools preferred.
