Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Scott County, Kansas. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
