You will mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour. You should have: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience.
