Stitching operator — Biase

Now hiring: we are hiring a stitching operator in Biase, Cross River State. The job is in a small denim manufacturing unit. Day to day you will inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go. You should have: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams Full-time with occasional weekends.
