Great opportunity: mining dozer operator (Vermont)

Now hiring: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in Lamoille County, Vermont. You will work on a road construction project. Day to day you will spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid. You should have: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
