Abattoir worker — Chilton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Chilton County, Alabama. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; season and marinate meat on request.
