Urgent requirement: shakeout operator (Katsina State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Mai'Adua, Katsina State. You will work in the melting bay of a steel foundry. On a typical shift you will melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring. What we are looking for: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection We offer ₦850 per hour plus benefits.
