Gantry crane operator — Macon County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Macon County, Alabama. You will be based on a busy construction site. You will fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Strong attention to safety and load limits Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
