Banksman — Riverside County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a banksman in Riverside County, California. You will be based on a high-rise building site. Requirements: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather On the job you will handle: • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
