Join our team: machine operator (England)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a machine operator in Solihull, England. The job is at an injection moulding unit. What we are looking for: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety The role involves: • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine Meals and transport allowance provided.
