Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waiter in Wayne County, Utah. You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change On a typical shift you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery.
