Vertical milling machine operator wanted in Pulaski County

Now hiring: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Pulaski County, Arkansas. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. You should have: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Able to grind and set HSS cutters Day-to-day duties: • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter 2+ years on the tools preferred.
