In-process quality controller — Monroe County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Monroe County, Wisconsin. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping Day-to-day duties: • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
