Great opportunity: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Roberts County, Texas. The role involves: • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints What we are looking for: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Willing to work shifts and overtime Part-time with flexible hours. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
