Marble worker — Mercer County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a marble worker in Mercer County, Kentucky. Requirements: • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team Day-to-day duties: • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish Meals and transport allowance provided.
