We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Elk County, Kansas. The job is in a catering unit. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Day to day you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. We offer $7,000 per project plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
