Immediate opening: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Howard County, Missouri. The job is at a steel fabrication workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes You will read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
