Immediate opening: commis chef (Missouri)

Now hiring: we are hiring a commis chef in Taney County, Missouri. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Your main tasks: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
